The delivery of quality products starts at the very beginning of the production process. Quattro Pack BV is only using virgin materials which are meant for direct food contact. The facility is vertically integrated, so all parts of the final FIBC is produced and tested in-house, before going to an external test institute.
To deliver a constant high quality product is like a chain without a weak link.
During the production process each step is being controlled, this to ensure that the
FIBC is produced to your specifications and quality requiremnents.
Each and every FIBC has an unique number, which allows us to trace back all production
details, from the operator manufacturing the bag up to the used raw-material batches
used for the single FIBC.

Each lot of tape is checked on their Denier, Elongation, Strength and colour, to guarantee the best result. Besides this the fabric undergoes an UV-test according to EN1898 and ASTMG154. The first FIBC to be ready per production run is undergoing a full check on all critical and esthethical parameters, including the test in which the bag is tested to meet its SF 5, 6 or 8:1.
Our quality system has been developed to meet all AIB, BRC-IoP, GMP an ISO9001-2000/22000
und 14001 requirements.
Reliable delivery times come in one sentence with quality. The production is
situated in a "Special Economic Zone" which allows us to do all custom facilities
in-house, so that the FIBC's can go directly to the harbour for shipment. After
arrival we store the bags in our HACCP-accredited warehouse in Opmeer from where
we can supply within 2-3 working days.
