Liners and Coating
A co-extruded liner plant allows us to extrude up to 3 layers of any possible combination.
The liners are shaped and cut by a microprocessor controlled Form-Fit-liner machines in a dust-free clean room environment conforming to ISO-level 7 (<10.000 PPM).
To eliminate twisting of the liners and to ensure that the liner will remain in place during the entire operation, we can glue, tab- or flang-in the liner.

Coating
The vital facility of coating is a 2.4 meter wide coating machine, suitable for both circular as flat fabric. We can coat the fabric in thicknesses ranging from 15-80 microns. A unique fabric cleaning device, designed and developed in-house, is mounted on the coating machine to avoid any foreign particle going in-between fabric and the coating.
