An infrastructure in which the values & norms of AIB, BRC-Iop and GMP are strictly followed allowing our "Clean-room" to be suited for the food- and pharma industries.

The basic needs for a food grade product are the raw-materials, Quattropack BV only uses virgin raw materials in compliance with the FDA regulations. The woven fabric is immediately stretch wrapped to avoid any foreign particles to get in contact with the fabric. In the entire production we follow an "off the floor" procedure, this reduces any chances on contamination.

A few details, which result in great confidence in the cleanliness of the FIBC's:

The production is entirely vertically integrated.
Provisions of double doors, air curtains and ventilation, eliminates possible contamination.
Positive air pressure of 5 micron filtered air in the entire manufacturing plant.
Every bag is cleaned on a pneumatically-operated cleaning machine where double action blowers with alternating blowing and suction cycles eliminate the smallest loose particles from the bags.
Each FIBC goes through a metal detector.
